Once you have found a suitable property on our site please call 07926 160 719 to check if that property is available.
When this is confirmed we will arrange a viewing where documents can be exchanged, should you decide to go ahead and rent with us.
A guarantor will need to sign a letter of guarantee in addition to the lease. In order to be considered as a guarantor the proposed individual must be in full time employment and a home owner.
If you are not sure of the full obligations of a guarantor legal advice should be sought.
A prospective guarantor will need to be reference checked as will the applicant. The fee for this is non-refundable.
Once a signed application has been received for a given property the property will continue to be marketed although no new applications will be accepted for that property until a decision is made on the current application.
Applicants should not assume that a tenancy will be granted automatically.
If a decision is made to proceed with a tenancy agreement a lease will be drawn up. A meeting will then be arranged at the property where the relevant documents can be signed and the keys handed over.
